Chris and his trainee, Todd were friendly and thorough in tuning my furnace. I appreciate their patience with my rescue dog who was very hesitant with them at first. He loves them now:) Although not their problem, I was very disappointed that the original technician did not show at 8:00 as scheduled. I had to call over an hour later to inform Chelsea that he had not arrived. Luckily I was able to reschedule for the afternoon.
Randy arrived on time and completed the job quickly, including an additional step to bypass a switch that had begun to corrode.
Drake does a wonderful job with maintaining our system, and the techs are always knowledgeable and curtious.
