Chris Grider likes four - wheeling, fishing, and everything to do with cars! He really enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and daughter. He loves taking the kids to different sporting events.

Chris started his heating and air career at MVCTC and has been with Drake Heating & Air since 1998. He is EPA certified and he has his Nate certification. He is also certified in appliance repair.

Tom Cummings likes to go fishing on the weekends. He is a proud father of 2 boys. His oldest son just finished Heating & Air classes at the top of his class. His youngest son lives in New Orleans.

Tom has been in heating and air since 1978 and has been with Drake Heating & Air since 2006. He is EPA certified in all refrigerants.

Casey Segrest likes to play with his daughter as much as possible. His daughter was born in December of 2007. He and his wife are currently awaiting the birth of their son. Casey likes to play golf in his spare time. When his children get older he wants to teach them how to play so they can play together. He has only been playing golf for a couple of years, but he says he has improved quickly. He has played many courses in the Miami Valley, but he is always looking for a good one to play... let him know if you have a favorite course that you like to play.

Casey has been with Drake Heating & Air since June of 2008, but has been doing HVAC since 2001. He is currenty in the process of becoming NATE certified. He is EPA certified in all refrigerants. He is also certified by Rinnai for tankless water heaters and by Gas-tite for flexible gas line systems.

Nathan Ison enjoys playing poker and spending time with his family. He loves going camping, fishing, bike riding, and going to sporting events. He especially loves to root for his favorite NFL team, the Cleveland Browns. He is married and has 2 children, a son and a daughter.

He received his HVAC certification from  ITT of Dayton. He has been doing Heating and Air since March of 1999. He has been with Drake Heating & Air since March 2010. He started doing HVAC because he truly enjoys fixing things. He always invites his customers to come watch him work on their systems. He is looking forward to the many opportunities provided by Drake Heating & Air.

Steve Ford likes to go boating in his spare time. He is also a history buff.  He is married and has raised 2 stepchildren and one daughter. He takes great pride in ALL of his children and what they have achieved.

Steve has been doing Heating and Air since May 1976. He has been with Drake Heating and Air since May 2010. In the past he has held the title of Educational Chairman for the Dayton Chapter of Refrigeration Service Engineers Society. He has taken classes with Carrier for electrical and mechanical, Liebert for maintenance and service, and Trane's continued education program.

Bradley Hess likes to hunt and fish during his spare time.

Brad is NATE certified for gas furnaces, airconditioners, and heat pumps. he has been in Heating and Air since May 2005. He has been with Drake Heating and Air since July 2010.
