We have always been pleased with Drake's customer service and politeness of service guys that come to the house. Great job by Patrick First time meeting Patrick. He was very efficient. Found problem in our air and heat pump. Got new one on order and serviced our old one to last until new install. Patrick did a very good job during our semi annual system checkup. Fantastic experience. Very friendly people who were extremely professional. It was a great price also. Great Job Altogether. Service person very polite, knowledgeable, and clean. Would recommend Chris at any time. Always good to know our 10 year old system installed and maintained by Drake had no issues. Patrick must have been just around the corner; he arrived about 5 minutes after the heads up call. All went well; although I would have liked a bit more communication on what was taking place. I would have preferred to be updated on the procedures performed; my thermostat was left on the air conditioning setting and not returned to its pre-visit setting. Patrick was very polite.
